Awesome!! Can't figure out how it's so smooth and subtle without the heat of s typical 9% beer. Really liked it.

Looks, smells, and tastes like brown sugar ... but not overly cloying or sweet or syrupy. taste the alcohol presence. spice is very well balanced. top of the line world class beer, i only took a half star off only bc it's not my favorite style, and to make room for possibly others like rochefort 10 which I want to try again.

Very smooth for a double. Not a strong alcohol taste.

10% that drinks like a 7%. Dangerous good! A dark brown that is full and a little heavy. One of my top 5 beers.

Mildly sweet with amber spices, simpler than many Belgian beers but still a go-to option

This the epitome of a Belgian ale. Very good.

Very refreshing, light, highly carbonated, very drinkable

Drank with roasted turkey legs 1/3/13. Somewhat heavier than what I am used to.
