This was good stuff. Had it in Belgium which added to the enjoyment

Copper-brown with creamy, lingering head. Spicy with cherries aroma. Medium- light bodied with ample carbonation. Palate emphasizes spice/pepper with dry finish. Not bad.

Effervescent. Sweet but not sickening. Fun for one.

7/28/13 shoprite-Wharton. Really great. Strong smooth heavy and dark. Wish bottles where larger.

Flavor was good. More yeasty than I had hoped for. Way too carbonated and so much sediment that the last sip was undrinkable.

slightly less sweet than the 10 but malty and fabulous

Great Trappist ale! Tastes of raisins and brown sugar. Just an all around beautiful beer. I would almost say that this one is equally as good as the 10.

Tastes of black licorice, berries and strong alcohol notes. Not a hugely enjoyable glass of beer.
