Laguanitas is a solid brewery. Maximus has a great hoppy flavor and a six pack will leave you feeling real pretty.:-)

Crisp taste. Excellent hoppyness. Would be perfect on after cutting the grass on a hot day

Excellent hops to it. If you like double IPA's I promise you won't be disappointed by Maximus. A staple of double IPA and Lagunitas best beer.

Not bad I enjoyed very much. Had nice hops, well balanced I was really surprised I liked it so much. Really liking the brew crew over there!!

This has a good balance for an approachable and accessible beer. It has many elements that the beer snobs appreciate, but is the slippery slope to get the Bud drinkers into appreciating beer flavors they don't typically get. Wine drinkers have table wine, this is my table beer (at least for now).

heavily hopped; nice citrus and piney notes, almost sweet; moderate malt body, with caramel flavors; complex nature, very good IPA, very drinkable and enjoyable,
