Tart to almost bitter. Sur lees for sure. Perfect example of this variety. Not for everyone. But consistently good. As good as its Belgian antecedents. But North American fresh.

Very good. Reminds me of Hoffbrau Hefe Weizen. I like this a lot. Light, crisp, hint of banana or citrus like a good Hefe Weizen
