Strong and very sweet. Tasted like drinking beer and Grape wine. Good conversation beer. Should be consumed slowly to savor the sip.

Love this beer. The flavor intensifies with age.

Green tea and chai tea

Entirely too spicy and sweet.. Not a good combo.. It might be excess juniper and chai? Not sure.. Had a sample yesterday at the American Craft Beer Fest in Boston.. Glad I had the opportunity to sample it instead of paying $16 for a 750 ml bottle.. Not worth it..Have to admit I'm disappointed, my least favorite Dogfish beer.. 1.5 stars

Very smooth with light spice notes

Totally unique and pretty strange, all in a good way. Light body with moderate carbonation, little hop presence but evident malt character. Tea and chai spices very evident in the nose and flavor, but not overwhelming. Finishes with a decided juniper bite, not unlike quality gin. Interesting and intriguing flavor combination, but hit it right on the money.
