Very carbonated, a little too much. Hazy, flavorful, moderate orange with a hint of cinnamon.

Another exceptional trappist beer. Abundance frothy head and lace, sweet fruity aroma, and truly sweet subtle piney hops in the palate. Cheers from SoCal USA 1/6/22

Might as well drink this from a champagne flute. Effervescent, dry, with a soapy soda head. Peach cobbler aroma. Amber color. Some interesting flavor, a bit of licorice but mostly light apricot, but all pretty subtle.

Gets more subtle with age. Expected horse blanket but got smooth goodness. Could never have enough. 2012

A "young" Trappist. Tart and funky...kind of like a farmhouse more then a Belgian Trappist. White Wine-like taste.

Very different Belgian - not a tripel. Pours amber, lots of foamy head (pour gently). Smells and tastes like it aged in white wine barrels. Very dry finish, not a lot of esters. Would drink again.

SRM13. Dense and mousse-like foam with very long retention. Completely opaque but with medium rising bubbles. Floral but a little spunky smelling. Mouth coating body with harsh alcohol. Sharp carbonation. Flavor is very difficult to pin, floral but almost slightly sulfuric. Possible I sampled an older bottle.
