SRM 8. Completely opaque with huge head and great retention. Medium to medium fast rising bubbles with some yeast visible from bottle fermentation. Tantalizing aroma of banana and spice. Medium body with great initial flavor that finishes fruity. Finish is light with no bitterness.

Pours a mildly opaque but not cloudy gold. Slightly watery look and mouthfeel to the beer. Two finger white head - head dissipates to a thin white head. Smell is yeasty as I expected for a witbier. Overall pretty muted aromas with tastes of citrus, lemon zest and coriander.
