Damn smooth for bourbon ale at 8.2%. Very drinkable ale.

Had this on draft a while back and not too impressed. Believe it not, better in the bottle. Nice blend of the bourbon without being over powering

Aroma: obvious butterscotch notes. Taste: slightly sweet, hints of caramel, bourbon, butterscotch. A smooth ale with high abv. Delicious!

On draft at Yard House in Greenville,SC. After being overwhelmed with disappointment trying this brewers Bourbon Barrel Stout this was a really nice surprise. Nice bourbon aroma first and foremost. Really smooth with a (as someone else said) honey flavor. Really nice brew.

Very light on the bourbon but I also generally drink bourbon barrel stouts. Good starter beer and it is refreshing.
