Pours clear red amber with average head. Sweet malty aroma with slight nuttiness. Light flavor malty with a light nutty finish.

A nutty malty authentic English Brown Ale with a slight after taste. Purchased at Trader Joe's. Most recently had it in a can in Juneau and liked it better.

Really great English brown ale. Had the bottle version. Different than - Newcastle. Is it better? I'll have to try 3 or 10 to decide! May have to increase the rating...

Becoming a fan of Samuel Smith beers. Wonderful nose on this, bananas and toasted malt. Nice, crisp taste with a mild after taste.
