Malt, caramel notes.
Good on its own. Great with Oktoberfest food!

Dopplebock. Very sharp dark fruits in the aroma, which largely carry over to the flavor, but some drop off. Has a light mouthfeel, almost creamy, and is mildly dry on the finish. It's not quite refreshing, but as it warms it mellows.
