Not too heavy- smooth dark roasted Carmel taste-nice burn due to high alcohol content-aftertaste is nil
kozer99 - January 19, 2013
Malty sweet with a bite of the higher alcohol content. A nice beer to drink slowly

It's been way to long since I've had one of these.

Tasty, good flavor, light crisp for a double bock. Hint of scotch flavor

Delicious! Double bock by which all other German double blocks are measured. Malty with coffee notes, but lighter than you think a "dark" beer will be.
