A slight tingle in taste with a hint of wheat. It really has a nice body and a good taste overall.

Hopped with a malty German beer taste. Also has tastes of caramel. Best if not completely cold.

Sweet, blonde "helles" style dopplebock. Warm and fruity.

I don't remember this beer very well, but it's been at the top of my list forever. What I do remember is that this thing is a malt bomb in every way, and I love it. If I tried it again I might lower to 4 1/2, and I doubt it would still be my favorite. It's been about a year since I've had one.

Just not my style. Sweetness abounds. Too much sweetness.

Getting the point I'm not clear but... Big red color, malty nose, sweet caramel on the front, oak wood on the back with other things going on I'm way to impaired to comprehend.

Very creamy an smooth. A little lighter than what it looks like. Nice rich dark red color. Overall nice taste.
