Mapwhap - September 5, 2013This one is right up there. Sour up front, bitter in the finish, with a warming glow in the middle. I think sour ales are really good, and this was a fine example of the Oud Bruin style. Good stuff.
charger7j606 - August 13, 2013Haven't had many sours but this is very fruity from what I can tell. Pear or apple taste with a sour nose. Slightly bitter finish--maybe the hops shining through.

Draft, 12oz wine glass
Pours a clear golden color with a thin film of white head. Sharp sour citrus smell of lemons and pears. Flavor is initially sweet, with wet sour finish overtaking the palate. Good. Still another sour though.

zomerhouse - June 1, 2013Light color. Thick head that quickly dissipates. Interesting taste. Almost tastes like a white wine or a cider more than a beer. No hop flavor. Sour white grape flavor right through to the finish. Overall very pleasant and unique.
