Sour but refreshing, a bit of a bite. A bit of funk to the smell. Lots of apple in the finish. Medium mouthfeel with fine but lots of carb. Mm.

Once you adjust to the sour taste there are hints of cherries. Interesting taste.

Kind of sour bubbly ale, but not tart. Delirium type bubble champagne.
