Not bad for a dark beer. Takes a few sips to enjoy. Full bodied

Had a flight of palo santos 2012-15. They were all very unique. They mellow out and really marry over time. The wood really starts coming out the older it gets. Boozy with a fruity bouquet but the flavor is toffee with a bit of sweetness. The 12 was noticeably smoother than the rest. 13 more fruity and not much difference between the 14 and 15. Excellent beer.
