that057guy - July 11, 2011Dark thick and malty, yet not like a stout or porter, with a great flavor I assume is contributed by Dogfish Heads unique Palo Santo wood fermentation tanks. If I remember correctly it weighs in at 12% alcohol (hard to remember after a few though!..) which is surprising because it's easy to miss on the pallette.
