I appreciate this wine like beer even though I would probably not purchase it at a bar. I saw the Palo Santo barrel on a dfh tour. Very impressive!

This is a definite slow sipper. Extremely complexed and heavy on flavor and aroma. Almost feels like our drinking hard liquor. I didn't want the bottle to end, but it did last through dinner and then some.

Enjoyed this more well chilled. Great paired with fire roasted meat. Heavy on the pallet.

This is my holiday celebration beer. Gotta be in that mood to finish a thick, rich beer like this. But DELISH and STRONG!

Beautiful smokey notes and vanilla and caramel! Every time I smelled the glass I caught a different smell anywhere from BBQ to cherries! Great sipping beer
