Relatively bland taste did not live up to the description of "sweet roasted malts, chocolate, brown sugar, coffee and nuts."

5.5% Nice off white head 2 fingers that quickly dissipates and dark brow body Hints of toasted malts and carmel Taste has some chocolate notes, heavier malt feel in mouth. Smooth taste but beer is almost flat.

Just downright luscious. An absolutely perfectly balanced brown, with a round, chocolatey backbone enhanced with vanilla. A triumphant congruence of body, taste, and mouthfeel.

Dark brown in color. Little to no head. very nice brown ale, smooth drinker. Closer to a porter than a traditional English brown though. All in all I really liked it. At 5.5 makes a decent strong session ale.
