Hint of homebrew heavy malt bludgeoning at first, but then the Carlesburg Special Brew flavour takes over. Insane.

Smooth Carmel sweet and slightly boozy for a 10abv. Good beer.

From a bottle bought at Total Wine. What is not good about this beer? Answer is, NOTHING. Love the dark color, lasting thick tan head, bright first taste, sweet Belgian hops, fruit notes, touch of earthiness and thick mouthfeel. Love, love, love this beer. May be my favorite offering from this brewery.

Just opened my 3 year aged bottle and it?s caramely smooth.

Wonderfully smooth, creamy, and so drinkable. Is there really alcohol in this beer? Hell yeah, there is!

Very sweet, very alcoholic, very good

An excellent Trappiste Quadrupel brew, sweet rich expresso coffee flavor and a high ABV of 10%.. Kudos to the Belgium monks! Cheers from SoCal USA 6/2/17
