FlyinHawaiian - November 1, 2013Strong coffee and chocolate tones. A little more smokey than I prefer but still one of the better porters I've ever had.
pizzarolls - October 21, 2013This is a 'steak n beer ' beer. I'm missing the steak. Not what I was expecting at all but I'm pretty impressed. Chocolate coffee-ee taste.it does have a sour start but it goes away after a few. I'm assuming the e is silent so it's funny to say that I'm drinkin' black butt.
cmp8254 - October 13, 2013Just ok, no distinctive chocolate or coffee flavors. Has that over carbonated taste /texture.
Runner - October 11, 2013Very dark coffee color with only hints of red shining through. Tan head. Slight burnt/roasted coffee aroma. Taste is similar. Almost a bit sour and stinging, initially, but that goes away as you drink more. Roasty finish.
