Rich dark color with a thick head that sticks to the glass. Chocolate taste gives way to coffee notes. Some friends say they taste a little hops in the beginning but I do not get this .

Smoooooooth is the operative word here. Incredibly balanced. Chocolate, coffee, a little bit of black malt. Quintessential porter.

Great roasty coffee nose with some chocolate. Taste is similar and sweet up front, with a dry roasty finish. Creamy enough but a sharp carbonation. Nice!
