Strong alcohol taste, otherwise great.

Clear golden color with a bold start and a bitter, lingering, finish.

Deep copper color for an IPA, pine aroma with matching strong pine flavor. Bitterness is strong, like bitterness by itself separate from the hops and zest, but not bad. Citrus is noted but less pronounced. Mouthfeel has some syrup mixing with the bite. Not bad, but balance is weird as flavors are picked out separately, not "dancing together."

A hoppy beer with your classic ipa flavor. Bitter after taste

Not clean, not crisp. Bitter hop (cascade) punches you in the tongue and won't let go. Some may say "soapy" others may say yummy! It doesn't stop until you take another sip; then all your doing is "feeding the monkey". Keep sipping and the hop after taste fades like the memory of a summer camp romance. Still pleasant, just not kick you in the teeth hoppy like the first sip. Dry-hopped like a mother, b/c if you look close, you will see the hop flakes in the bottom of your glass.

Fantastic IPA! Very hoppy but not with the acidity usually accompanying IPAs. Not weak, but mellow enough to be enjoyed during the summer. Perfect example of an IPA you can enjoy one after another.

Yellow .... No. More of a bright sunset orange that is very hazy. Good lacing with a one finger head from an aggressive pour. Nose is grapefruit and orange peel with another citrus component with I cannot identify, possibly papaya. Very bitter hops. The hops leave a very bitter aftertaste which lingers more than norm. The bitter hops overpower the citrus in the taste. Good but not great. Might purchase again but will not search this one out.
