Flavorful and complex but not a pleasant finish for my taste. Heavy molasses finish that lingers. 11/24/12
Too expensive for my enjoyment. I appreciate the quality but will not buy again.

Has a tangy taste. Smoothest finish so far (11/7/11). Not over bodied. Slight apple

Wow....first Quad I ever had and still my favorite. Had Rouchfort 10 and still prefer this one

The more I drink the more I like it. Really strong Belgian. Prob my favorite quad

Apricot scent with a slight bit of tangyness.slight trace of hops And semisweet flavor. Very small trace of
Spices too for coolness.

Gentle molasses and chocolate tones combine for a seductively delicious belgian quad.

Yeast and honey aroma. Pours a dark cloudy amber - like fresh raw unfiltered honey. Thick off white to tan head that dissipates slowly. Full bodied, thick mouth feel that I have come to expect and enjoy from good quads. Grape or sweet white wine flavor. Pleasant alcohol presence. Slight bitterness at the finish. Very smooth. Overall an excellent beer.
