Pours a shiny amber (really? My Mondial notes called it "shiny"? Was I drunk?) with aromatic malty toasty notes alongside some light citrus. Taste is toasty dry with some hints of black tea or perhaps burnt green tea. A nice linger and a solid body round it out well.

Bitter

Has some tangy fruit and hoppy taste at the beginning then a malty finish! Very complex beer!

Typical hoppy slightly bitter ale. Nothing really fantastic, but certainly drinkable

Simply a good ale.

Pours a good head. Decent hops. Good color. Can't go wrong with this beer.

Clean and fresh with a bit of hop.

Did not care for it very much, need to try again since highly rated.

Malty, crisp, nice head

Amber hazy pour into chalice with one finger foamy head leaving small lace. Malt and toffee aromas and taste. Sweet malt with slight bitter finish. Enjoyable.
