Higgsyboy - November 15, 2014Good, nice roastiness and some subtle tones standard in most stouts, coffee and chocolate for instance, though mild. (Sometimes nice to find an American stout that doesn't scream cocoa and coffee.) Quite well-carbonated with a slight stickiness. Easy to drink. Agreed that a little more strength and body wouldn't hurt. But all in all, I'll probably pick it up again. Hard to go wrong with Firestone.
gmagcolorado - April 19, 2014This is a smooth, easy-drinking stout with many subtle notes. It should have wide appeal with stout fans, but I prefer bigger stouts that last a while. This beer goes down fast.
Reeds - March 2, 2014Fantastic stout. Nice burnt malts with chocolate finish. Extremely smooth and easy drinking.
