Higgsyboy - May 3, 2014Good. Not overwhelming, nor overpowering. Not terribly hoppy, nor floral. Chocolate tones are subtle, as are all other tones. For its reputation, it's tough to say that it lives to the hype. But, for every point you cannot add to it, you cannot remove one either. That's balance.
gmagcolorado - April 20, 2014A great example of black IPA. Complex flavor, moderate hops. BIPA isn't my go-to style, but some of the reviewers just don't know what it is - not a light lager.
