Another favorite from a GREAT microbrewery.

Black with a thick head like a Guinness, but tastes like an IPA. Bitter, in a good way. More carbonation than I expected.

Super bitter...

Real dark color, surprising refreshing taste, odd smell

Dark brown with tan head. Hoppy aroma that hits your nose right before your tongue. The caramel malts come through a bit but not as much as the look of this beer would suggest. Tasty.

Dark and hoppy. Suits my taste well.

Smell and taste of grapefruit upfront. Mellows toward the middle and slignt aftertaste. More dry than i like in a beer.

On tap @ The Nook.
ABV 6.2%
Pleasantly hoppy, Snow Day carries the subtle chocolate and caramel flavors of a new brewing malt known as Midnight Wheat. The Styrian Golding, Centennial and Cascade hops bring the backbone of hoppy bitterness to complement the roasty undertones. This beer is the deep garnet of a roasted walnut and presents a creamy tan head, floating artfully atop. Snow Day is bold and hoppy, drinkable and strong.
