Possibly the perfect brown ale. Subtle nuttiness, strong malt backbone balanced with a small level of hops.

Pours a reddish brown with lots of head that dissipates quickly. Comes out of the bottle well-carbonated, but mellows out a bit over time. Nose has malts and a hint of hops. The flavour is a bit weak at first, but strengthens over time, eventually becoming a nice blend of malt, banana bread, and hints of earthy hops. Overall, I was pleased.
