VERY understated. Almost watery. It would be exceptional with sushi or spicy food, to clear the palate.

My favorite Bock. Especially good on draft. Complements all food. I almost agree with the review/slogan Nothing is finer than a Shiner...Almost...except a great Marzen like Sam Adam?s or Gordon Biersch.
