Nice color but poured with no head. A malty nose with no hints of fruit. Initial taste of malts that quickly turned to a iron and mineral taste and then quickly changed as fast as it came on. Overall it reminded me of a maltier version of a pilsner.

Apperance: Clear brown with a Quick fading head. Aroma: Clean smell of malt, no sense of hops. Slight mix of minerals and raisins. Taste: Very clean intial flavor, cAn really taste the quality of the water used. Slight mix of raisins and plum which be becomes sweeter and more pronounced on the after taste. A great 6 pack beer and a shining example of Texas brewing.
