bassfury - March 28, 2013Truly great porter. Dark like cola had a slight bitter aftertaste but didn't linger. Good reason for "famous taddy" moniker. A British standard every porter lover should try.
JBC91 - February 26, 2013Bottle at BJ's. Smells of molasses, has a low amount of hops. A little bitter aftertaste.
Tasted better with food served during tasting. Pork Sausage (bangers and mash)
rocklobster - January 28, 2013Nice after bite. Smooth and not to thick. Rich taste and light for a really dark beer
bdub30 - January 3, 2013Pours well. About 1/4 inch head. Very dark. Chocolate notes on the nose. Pick up some smoke, chocolate and toffee in the taste. Maybe some vanilla as well. Overall a great porter in my book.
