Very smooth with little after taste. Despite high ABV has more ness. I let it age 3 years. Aging improves it

Thick, rocky white head Cloudy, dark straw color. Smell and taste strikes an easy perhaps in exciting balance between funk and tart. Medium body masked by high carb followed by a quick clean finish makes this beer drink easier than the 8.5abv suggests. This is a solid saison. I'll buy another and crack it open in about s year to see how the Brett funks it up.
