A lightly balanced amber color. The honey-biscuit flavor is obvious and overpowering as with every amber style ale, yet this one brings its own unique, fruity and hoppy flavor. Its grainy, ambiguously sweet and bitter taste is absolutely delicious. This is a complex ale that should not be underestimated. It is easy to drink and goes well with any meal that comes to my mind.

Crisp at first, then a nice malty taste and ends with a little bitter ending
