The craft pilsner you've always wanted. The appearance is a soft golden color with a bubbly white head. Smells of pale malts is a refreshing change from the norm. The initial flavor experience is of a crisp (not to be confused with refreshing) pils with a finish of bitter malts and soft hops. No rice or maize here. 4 of 5 stars for a true pilsner.
