PKS - April 7, 2013Hoppy with dry rye malt profile. Well balanced IPA. Hops are aggressive from start to finish. A favorite of mine now.
dlitolff - March 10, 2013Strong rye taste with 18% rye, balanced with a sweet caramel malt taste and some hop bitterness. Like an imperial red rye. Good. Bottle, march, 2013.
Borderking - February 12, 2013Hops and rye fill out the profile, and it's balanced and tasty, but shies away from
being too assertive or aggressive. Still, this makes it drinkable for a longer session. A very enjoyable IPA!
bdub30 - February 6, 2013Even with a strong pour, not much of a head. Reddish brown in color. Pick up some cherry and maybe a little caramel on the nose. Drinks smooth with a good balance of hops and malt. Hops linger a little longer than I would like in the aftertaste. Would put in my top 3 ryes so far.
