Loved this when it was brewed at the original alchemist before Irene. Very excited it was canned. If in Vermont, stop at prohibition pig to have it on tap... Only place to get it that way!

Joe at Pistola's gave me one from his personal stash. Amazing beer. Hoppy, slight grapefruit, sweet, perfect. Much better than west coast IPA (which is excellent), but similar in character. Drank from the can (like instructions say). 5/5

Best dipa I have had. Waves of hop resins on the nose and tongue, beer has sweetness from the hops. Some fruity esters come through. Remarkably drinkable, enough malt to give it substance, but dry enough to not make it taste sweet from the malt. bitterness was intense, but smooth. One of the best beers I have ever had, in a style hard to do well.

If you are a hop head, you will love this beer. It is a big beer, so savor each sip. Hard to find out of Vermont
