Very strong flavor, very hoppy, bitter finish. Doesn't pair with food.

Trippel/IPA hybrid with depth of flavor perfect on a warm day. Enjoyed multiples at Neighborhood in San Diego in 2011 and happy to revisit it at PP on 8/3/12.

Deep amber color with white head. Fruity, malt, spicy and hoppy aromas with a very flavorful array on the palate that follows suit. Medium body with good carbonation and lace. Zesty is a great descriptive term for this tasty brew. Beautiful.
