Smooth Chocolaty goodness!! Sweet finish. Nothing harsh about this beer. The roasted flavor is there, but stays in check and let's the sweet malt shine through.

Richer than chocolate milk. You can't have one of these until after you've finished your plate unless your meal is a tv dinner.

As a fan of porters this one is decent. I would reserve it for a menu of steak, beef, or stew, or simply enjoy on it's own.

#1: fairly light for a porter, not much depth of flavor #2: robust, smooth, and just a tad bit heavy. Refreshing, and balanced.
