Centennial!! What more can be said? This brew showcases the Centennial hop varietal better than any other I've yet tried, and still manages to remain fairly balanced. This particular IPA is not excessively bitter, yet the hop aroma/flavor is very pronounced, and delightfully so. I therefore think it's a good choice when trying to convince the unenlightened of the transcendent glory of the hop!

Smooth, start to finish. Hoppy flavor is not overwhelming. Medium amber color. Crisp and refreshing.

Used to live in dt grand rapids. Brewery is small but the beer is fantastic. Centennial IPA is one of my favs. Definitely worth a taste
