An easy-to-drink strong ale that most beer lovers will like. Malty with mild hop finish. profile - January 25, 2014
Okay ale but not very bold. Wouldn't buy but got this one at corned beef and cabbage night at st pascal. I liked the Pale31 better as IPA.

A moderate off-white head. Smells of caramel. Taste is malty and very smooth. A slightly bitter finish. A well balanced beer. I couldn't pick out any oak flavor. Hops were also subdued.
