Nice pleasant aroma slightly dark golden in color with very little off white head. Malty and piny

Not what I was expecting for an IPA... sweet hops and malty at the start and a tad bitter finish.

Tastes of molasses and malt with bitter finish. Not my favorite, but I wouldn't say 'no' to an offer of one either. Purchased at the Express Stop in Bowling Green, OH.

Ok, not the IPA flavor expect or like.

Semi aggressive pour from bottle to pint glass. Looks unfiltered and amber in color. Foam disappears within a minute so that only a 3mm thick, stable layer remains. Medium carbonation according to the limited number of bubbles. Smell is dominated by sweet malts. Malts also dominate first taste. But then bitterness from the hops kicks in in second taste. Make it still a crisp beer. I would therefore call this an okay balanced beer. Bitterness of hops remains in mouth in aftertaste. Not overpowering or unpleasant though. For sure not hoppy enough for my taste and not what I expect from an IPA. A decent beer though.

Not as aggressive as the double. Could use more bite but was easy to drink. Nice color. Bottle at C'est cheese in port Jeff
