Spicy, but works well for a holiday Belgian strong. Is a bit thin though and somewhat boozy. Perhaps 4-6 months of cellaring would do it some good

Strong malty beer. No hoppiness or bitterness. Very carbonated. Great christmas beer.

This is a great malt based beer. The bitterness is good and a nice balance to the malt. Highly recommended .

Nice, tasty ale. Spiced right for the winter season. Some might say this is a spiced watery brew... in a bad way. Those people are probably mentally challenged frat boys looking for Keystone Light. Drink this brew that monks made for you, don't make Baby Santa cry!!

After having the autumn maple from bruery, leave the winter and Christmas for the Warmers and American ales, not Belgians. Almost too sweet on the taste. Big malt hit though linger finishes quick. Good slight carbonation and holiday spices but not a killer beer like the 12 is. Still good though, solid

Watery and spicy but not in a good way. Rotten citrus fruit notes. Kerri says tastes like burnt chex mix. Allspice.
