cclonch - October 22, 2011Pours with an dark orangish hue and a tan head. Aroma has a light bready hint but is overpowered by the alcohol. A malty taste initially that is quickly dominated by the alcohol and finishes with a slight hop bite. Overall not bad. I could drink it again, but the bocks are not my favorite style.
Marplot - October 14, 2011Great looking dark caramel color with almost no aroma. It poured with a nice head. The flavor was pretty good but the increase in alcohol came with an increase in hoppiness placing this beer near my limit of how much hops I can enjoy.
Bulldog - August 16, 2011I'm not a big fan of "bock" style beers but this beer has a great flavor to it with a nice malty taste
