Awesome. Very hearty stout with great bourbon overtones

Very strong coffee and chocolate flavors. Very smooth from the bourbon barrel aging. Doesn't taste like its 13% abv, dangerous stuff.

Probably the richest, smoothest stout I have had. High alcohol content.

The prototypical bourbon stout. World famous and hard to get. Got this in a growler from Town Center Market in Riverdale, MD (2014).

Charles had the child size and liked it. High test!

Nice sweet vanilla aftertaste masking the alcohol taste. (Barleys)

Insane on tap, still good enough in the bottle. Takes in more of a syrupy mouthfeel once bottled.

2014 version. Very sweet and potent. I would prefer a drier finish but still good. I will keep a bottle for a couple of years and see how it ages.

This beer kicked my ass all over town.

Rich creamy mouthfeel. Some warming bourbon on the finish. Both sweet and roasty. Complex and balanced. Very nice.
