Find the perfect taste blend between a smooth, mellow, sweet, Hefe-Weizen, and a hoppy, spicy, crisp, pale ale like sierras pale ale and you get this: and perfectly crisp yet smooth, excellently blended American Pale ale. Perhaps this will become my new, on hand pale ale along with sierras. Solid pale ale.
double_eh - September 29, 2012Beautiful, hop heavy aromas. Nice malt sweetness up front, almost apple like. Crisp hoppy finish much like the aroma, super fresh and clean. Pours a nice golden color with a big frothy head, nice lacing.
