Very nice flavor. This is one of my favorites.

Really good for the price

Toasty caramel and banana flavor that embeds into your tongue, forcing you to suck it back out with the tongue's saliva. I like it.

I've always like an Abbey style Belgian Ale and this encounter is no exception. My favorite is Chimay, but is not always readily available. It's nice to know when I am in the mood I can have a fall back Abbey that won't make me feel like I'm having to settle. A nice reddish complexion with a very smooth texture, but lacking a decent head. I find the flavor full, yet balanced with that great Abbey flare

I'm sure it's a good beer, but not my style at all. Belgian tripel

Nutty and then Carmel.

Similar to Silenus but lighter & less sweet.

A- deep amber, cherry wood. One finger off white head
S- sweet fruit, bananna, some cinnamon hidden.
MF- medium to light
T- initial sweetness of fruits, like banana apple cider. Nice malt complexity. Alcohol hidden well but presents itself slightly after warming. Finishes with a slight resiny hop bitterness and lingering sweet bread of quality yeast.

Wonderful and dark

From my snifter it tastes clean but sharp. I enjoyed while preparing a 10# pork roast; this would've tasted much better w/ tonight's meal than this afternoon's prep.
