Very light golden color for such a strong beer. Wonderful sweet, malty, fruity flavor. Very smooth without any hopiness or bitterness.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with HUGE white head (3 fingers +). Smells of great Belgiany goodness, with farmhouse yeasts. Taste is light, with light-medium mouthfeel and lots of carbonation. Flavor is quite sharp, with an actually only medium bitterness coming through. The sharpness that the yeasts adds is most of the flavor. Sweet honey flavors are quite zesty. Strange is a good way to describe it, but oh so delicious. Almost a little bready, too, to combine with the lemony citrusyness. Enjoyable drink.

Yeast heavy Tripel. Great flavor, somewhat bready, mild citrus.

Heavy in baadyaas. Would pair well with desi chicken.
