Initially, sweet and fruity hops, not much on the nose. Bitter finish but it doesn't linger.

Very good beer. Smooth. Nice after taste. Sweet.

2015 Expedition 11.9 ABV. Brilliantly clear nut brown with foamy, ivory head. Closed nose. Just not getting anything aroma-wise. Malty with hints of smoke/char. Definite hint of whiskey on the palate. Medium bodied with light carbonation. This is a fun brew. Only holding back stars for the nose.

You can taste the bourbon barrel in the flavor, smooth no after taste.

Willing to bet this was filtered through the dirty ass of a Bigfoot..hence the name.

Really SN!? You take good styles of beer and just throw tons of hops at it? Suck.

Hoppy barley wine. It's good but it's not very smooth like I'm used to.

2014 - Wonderful spicy hop flavor up front over a malty backbone. Great big beer.

Too rich and malty for my taste.

As barley wines go, this one is pretty basic and unimpressive.
