Cowboy Mike - September 28, 2014I've had a lot of beers fermented with Brett, and generally feel that the whole Brett craze needs to wind down. However this is a REALLY GOOD Brett beer, lots if complexity, a nice level of Brett funk. Overall really well done.

Pours a hazy straw color with a huge white head. 2-3 fingers, high carbonation and a weird pour, but high head. Really light farmhouse aroma, which carries to the flavor. It's light and the Brett adds a good bit if funk, though it's nice. Very nice. Extremely drinkable.
