Smells like dark chocolate and dried fruits. On pull dark chocolate, cherries, dried fruit and alcohol

Complex and sweet. Nice hoppinesweet. Crisp finisweet. And it?s sweet to boot.

From bottle bought at The Toasted Cheese and Crab Cake Restaurant in Garden City, SC. This is as good or maybe a little better than what I had heard about. Thick, Sweet, Fruity, Boozy and packs a punch of course. Like 90 Minute IPA, it is hard to tell where the line is between the hops and malt. Excellent. This is a hard to pin down brew. It is a new beer every couple of pulls with different flavors and subtleties every time. And every one bold and upfront. Again at same locale. Better than the first. This is one of 2 Five Star Beers in my list.

2017 vintage = 16.5% abv. Aging the 120 Minute is completely unnecessary* as it is fabulous and smooth right out of the gate. (*Update: the next day, the proprietor told me this had actually been aged two years!) Was expecting a huge ibu bite and that didnt happen. I think I could have downed three of these in a row as it it less overpowering in every way than you would expect. Fruity, thick, complex. Great by itself but even better with food, where it becomes more complex. Would love to try unaged. Got at Fitzgeralds in Eagle River, Kewanaw. At $13, restaurant price, It is, of course overpriced. But really wanted to try and was not sorry. I would not pay that again.

Very boozy, but to be expected. Had a quality similar to bourbon in terms of mouth feel and bite.

Super fun to drink. Not as tasty as the 90 minute, but for 17% ABV it is very drinkable.

True to all the hype. A person should only ever have one.

Slightly sweet, boozy

Strong caramel flavor on the verge of molasses. Almost a syrup mouthfeel. A bit sweet with a strong alcohol taste as would be expected with a 16.5 alcohol content. Purchased at the Express Stop in Bowling Green, OH.

Waaay sweeter than you might think at this IBU. Too easy to drink these.
